 The
Summit Sierra Mall in Reno celebrated its grand
opening on March 15, 2006.
The first new regional shopping center since Meadowood Mall. Instead
of an enclosed mall, the developer opted with an outdoor
format, similar to many new power centers. Whether shoppers will
choose this center over a climate controled mall during the cold
winters has yet to be determined.
Stores
Many national retailers have their
only Reno location here, including the area's
first Dillard's, Banana Republic, Abercrombie
& Fitch, Pottery Barn, Patrick James, and Ann Taylor LOFT.
Food
Some
eateries can be found throughout the center. BJ's Brewhouse and Johnny
Carino's
are coming soon.
Location
The Summit Sierra is located in Reno Nevada,
at the corner of Mt Rose Hwy and South Virginia Street.
