BIGMallrat's Editorial Review
Vintage Faire Mall in Modesto
is the largest enclosed shopping center between Sacramento and
Fresno. Unique and unparalleled in the area, you'll find plenty of
unique stores for the entire family.
Appearance
This shopping center is modern and updated. Wide
aisles and an uncluttered appearance lends a friendly environment
for strolling. A thin strip of skylights allows in a scant amount
of sunlight, yet the bright lights of the inline stores will draw
your eye.
Stores
Vintage Faire Mall is anchored by Forever 21,
Sears, JC Penney, and two Macy's stores. The 3-level Forever 21 is
the largest in the entire chain, freshly remodeled and affordable.
The usual national retailers are here including
some one-of-a-kind tchotcke shops. You also find some favorites
like The Apple Store, Buckle, H&M, and Abercrombie & Fitch.
A lifestyle wing outside features some high-end
retailers, like Coach and Coldwater Creek.
Food
You can find a food court, called "Cafe Row" on
the upper level between the two Macy's stores. It offers a typical
fare of eateries, such Taxi's Hamburgers and Hot Dog on a Stick.
Outside the shopping center, you'll find a number
of casual-dining restaurants, including BJ's Brewhouse, Chili's,
Elephant Bar, Johnny Carino's, and Mimi's Cafe.
Location
Vintage Faire Mall is conveniently located in
Modesto, California, at Hwy 99 and Sisk Road.
Expansion
In 2008, a 60,000 square foot
lifestyle wing was added between Forever 21 and Sears. The wing,
designed by F+A Architects of Pasadena, is open-air and influenced
by Tuscan architecture.
